Colleen Murphy is the President and Chief Executive Officer for
Asparity. She is responsible for setting the company's strategic vision,
growing the customer base and product line, and delivering financial results.
Before joining Asparity, Colleen was a principal with Mercer Human Resources
Consulting, where she developed new business areas for the firm while
delivering innovative results-driven solutions for the firm's largest clients.
She has expertise in the delivery and financing of health care for the employed, Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured populations.
Colleen received a BS degree and an MBA from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Richard Shopmyer is Asparity's Vice President of Operations and
Technology for Asparity's benefit management services. Rich is responsible for
technology development, client management, and business operations. He served
as the Vice President of Technology for Johnston, Zabor & McManus, where he
managed all web and automated data collection operations. In this role, Rich
consulted extensively to Asparity in its initial development and product
launches before joining the company. He received a BS degree from the
State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from the State University of
New York at Buffalo.
